A 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all reservations. All cancellations must be received no later than 2:00 p.m. two days prior to arrival or cancellation fee equal to one night's rate will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Clubhouse (including overnight Guest Rooms).
Standards of Dress
Members and guests are expected to maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance in all public areas of the Club. Torn, soiled, and otherwise inappropriate clothing are not permitted.
Mobile Phone Courtesy
Please silence all mobile phones while using the Club. Telephone conversations are not allowed in the Main Dining Room, Main Bar, Lobby, Library, Fourth Floor Hallway, or Member Quiet Room.
Mobile phones may be used for conversation in the exit stairwells, basement, Lampen Lounge, Member Rooms, Card Rooms, overnight Guest Rooms, and other locations with courtesy to others.

Reciprocal Club members* may also make reservations for themselves or their sponsored guests by contacting the Club's Front Desk at 415.872.7200 or FrontDesk@MetropolitanClubsf.org.
*A current "Introduction Card" or "Letter of Introduction" from the Reciprocal Club must be presented in person at the Club's Front Desk upon arrival, or sent via e-mail or fax prior to arrival.
